DIY Project: Pink Dinner Trays

HOW TO MAKE PINK DINNER TRAY

I’m still working on making my apartment the best Barbie apartment it can be. Even though, I’m still missing key pieces of furniture (dresser, dinning room table, microwave), I still want to be able to entertain my guest. How can I entertain my guest and they have no place to eat?

I have been hopelessly searching for the pink dinner trays and I have been out of luck. I did find some dinner trays for five dollars at a garage sale, but they were wood and had some funny brown stains on them.

But that didn’t stop me from getting pink dinner trays. I scrubbed these trays with Clorox and made a trip to Hobby Lobby to pick up some supplies.

This wasn’t a really hard project. All I had to do is spray these trays and touch up some of the hard to reach areas with my paintbrush. Easy peasy.

And now my dream has come and I have pink dinner trays!!

So what do you guys think? What DIY projects are you working on?

  2. Very cute! This is something I would of had my dad do if he was still around. He was the man at doing stuff like this. I tend to do DIY projects from time to time.
