Last night I got back in from New Orleans. I attended a professional conference for Catering and Event Professionals. We were originally named NACE…National Assoication of Catering Executives, but we voted on a name change and are now the National Association of Catering and Events. We had a ton of fun and had great meals. I have more pictures that I may share later on. But I wanted to let you in on a little of my trip.
