Diamonds and Dessert at Robbins Brothers Houston

I have a ton of pictures just hanging out on my computer. I really need to get them organized. I just found some pictures of an event I attended earlier in the summer the “Diamonds and Desserts” event hosted by Robbins Brothers. The event benefited Dress For Success, a non-profit in Houston that helps women prepare for the job field by giving the a new outfit, interview skills, and the confidence they need to succeed.

For every blogger that attended, Robbins Brothers donated $25 to the worthy organization.

The swag bags were cool! They gave away a tennis bracelet…but I didn’t win.

Omg. These engagement ring cookies were so good!

We were allowed to try on any ring in the store. You guys know I got a little out of control. I mean, what girl doesn’t like diamonds?

These were two fashion rings I tried on…in pink of course!

My hairstylist Towana and her friend Dahlia of Drama Scene Magazine attended the event as well.

I found my dream ring (except I want it in pink)! It’s only $13,000, that’s chump change, right? Lol

It was really nice to attend such a fun event and give back to such an awesome organization. And now that I’ve tried on those rings, I feel like I need to be getting married soon! What a fun time, glad I made it out!

  1. So glad you made it out to “Diamonds and Desserts.” It was definitely a girl’s dream night. Know that you’re always on the guest list too! Stop by and say Hi to us anytime…& try on some more bling. 🙂

I totally love the rings. You are a beautiful young lady Taylor Brione so $13,000 for a ring should be a piece of cake. Any man would be lucky to have you!

  3. I love your glasses. Wow, that looks like a fun event. How did you find out about it? It feels like I live in a state where NOTHING happens. haha.

Thanks for linking up with Weekend reads. I hope you join us again.
