This year I celebrated (is it a celebration?) spring break in Jamaica. This was my first time out of the country and it was so much fun! I went to Jamaica with my best friend Paige! Chile, we had SO much fun.

It looks like we are going two different places. It was cold when we left Texas so Paige dressed for the weather there and I dressed for the Jamaican weather. Lol 

We took shots as soon as we got off of the plane. This pretty much set the standard for the 5 days we were in Jamaica. 

Our hotel was nice and the island was beautiful! The air was so crisp and light (if that makes sense). Im so used to the heat and humidity in Houston so it was a welcomed change in climate.

Y’all I can’t swim, I was terrified of the water. In one picture I was telling the water to stop moving and in another I was using the water to balance.

Paige was trying to get me to overcome my fear of water, she made us get on this kayak in the middle of the ocean. The water and stuff was moving the boat, chile, you know I was yelling at her!

Everyone was so nice in Jamaica and the guys were flocking to us like crazy. (You know I came back with a self esteem boost.)

I had a great time in paradise and I also had the opportunity to see those who were less fortunate, and truly appreciate all the blessings I’ve been afforded (Yes, I cried on my vacation.) I’m also glad that I was able to go on vacation with my friend Paige. We went to Jamaica for 5 days and then went another 4 days in Austin together…and we didn’t kill each other! I think our trip made us closer…actually I’m sure it did.

My last spring break was definitely one to remember…now to countdown to graduation….32 days.
