I’ve written on the blog before how I absolutely love lashes!! I just don’t have any of my own! Well..I have some but they are very  very short and curly…almost unnoticeable if you aren’t close to me. I’ve struggled with finding a mascara that did more than just curl them…I need a little length! I was recently given the opportunity to review the Moodstruck Younique Fiber Lash Mascara. Although, this product was given to me free of charge, this review is my honest opinion.. Now, I’m not a makeup person but I do enjoy a little lipstick and eyeliner for a daytime look so I was excited to try this mascara to see if it could help my lashes.

Here I am after. Now like I said. I don’t have any eyelashes and mascara generally clumps up on my already short lashes, but Younique Fiber Lash Mascara actually lengthened  my eyelashes instantly! I was skeptical about seeing instant results but I’m actually quite pleased with how it turned out. My eyelashes aren’t spider leg long, but you can see them here and it actually adds fibers to the ends of my short lashes to make them stand out. I found a demo on using this mascara to get lashes comparable to false lashes. Although, that wasn’t the look that I was going for and quite frankly, it started getting messy after my second coat (I’d be a horrible makeup artist), it helped me to learn how to correctly apply the gel and the fibers. 

My final recommendation: This is a great mascara for those who are looking to lengthen their lashes and have a natural look. It’s applied just like a normal mascara and you WILL see your results immediately. I did have some issues with the fibers falling off, but that was prior to the demo video I shared. If you have short lashes like I do and you want to add length sans lashes…then this is for you. And for those with longer lashes, this mascara will make it look like you are wearing false lashes…but in a natural way. Lol
