So, I’m not sure if you can tell or not, but I’m not really a makeup girl. I wear lipgloss and/or lipstick most days and call it a day. I’m being really adventurous if I’m wearing eyeshadow. But, you want to know what I’m obsessed with eyelashes! You know, people say, you want what you can’t have and gosh darn it…I have no eyelashes! LOL I’ve been trying to get to get the hang of putting on the strip lashes myself, but it has been a complete failure. Therefore, I’ve only worn them twice in my life…to prom senior year and to the Trey Songz Concert earlier this year. Needless to say, I’m obsessed I love the look of strip lashes for going out, but I want long look that is acceptable for daytime. So I tried the individual lashes, that are generally right next to the strip lashes! I couldn’t put them on myself, but the lady at the nail shop could!
So I asked the nail salon tech if she could do them. This is similar to the individual eyelash extensions that they offer…I didn’t want her to get the two confused, as that process is pretty expensive. I find that these individual lashes are a great inexpensive alternative to lash extensions that can be done at your salon. She did them for me for $25 dollars and I love how they came out.
I went to a meeting and and to a fashion show after getting these and everyone loved them. They looked long with looking overly fake. I think I’ve found my new “thing”. Every time I got and get my manicure and pedicure, I’ll be getting these lashes too! The technician said that if you take care of them, they can last for two weeks plus! Mine are still in!
Do you strip? Do you do individual? Do you get extensions?

You look great! I just got mine done for $25 in NYC. Can you wear makeup with these? Can you take off the makeup? Can you was your face with them on? I also sleep on my stomach and I bury my head into the pillow. Will it damage them? Can they last at least one week with mild abuse? Please let me know!! 🙂

I’m not a large makeup wearer. But you should be able to wear everything except eyeliner…you really don’t need it though. I slept on my face too and they didn’t really mess up. As log as they aren’t super wet they should last atleast a week, maybe longer.
