I’m always busy. Like, I have a regular 9 to 5, an event planning business I run on the side, this blog, my dogs blog, the Houston Fashion Bloggers blog, plus I’m Secretary of the Houston Doll Society and helping to plan the 2017 Barbie Collector Convention. I’ve also been planning my birthday party and moving so yeah…I’ve been pulled in so many different directions. A lot of this stuff requires me to be out and and about and not tied to my computer, but I always need access to the internet, word processing software and quick photo editing tools! A desktop computer is not exactly ideal for me, and sometimes carrying around a 15 inch laptop is just not right for the situation. So surely, you can understand why I was thrilled to give the ASUS T300 a try.
Taking minutes at Barbie club!
The transformer is a perfect 2-in 1 device, whether using it as a tablet or laptop, it’s relatively slim and adaptable for pretty much any situation. Since I’m always on the go, stopping to plug in my devices is really inconvenient, luckily charging was never an issue with this device because of the AMAZING ten hour battery life. We’re talking battery juice for an entire day, guys!
OMG, don’t even get me started on the extra clear screen. I was literally sitting in the airport waiting to board, when the cutest elderly lady reached over and gawked over how clear the screen was. This mega device has a 4x HD resolution screen, complete with lifelike detail. Waiting on my plane was really a breeze because I was able to tweet, pin and then re-watch some of the second season of OITNB in preparation for June 12 season premiere. ( I’m stoked, if you can’t tell.)
Sometimes creativity strikes me at the most inconvenient times, and as a blogger, event planner and self-proclaimed social medialite I always have to have a way to capture that creative moment! Whether it’s writing a blog post, editing wedding pictures, or creating a last minute e-vite, ,this device allowed me to do it, anyplace and any time. Seriously, the device was engineered to spark creativity and capture it right then and there. The magnetic hinge firmly holding the tablet and keyboard together, made using it for tasks that are usually more suitable for a desktop so easy.
(Also, really good for Bible study.)
You would think that its small size would be a pro and con, but the Intel processors actually give it great speed and great energy efficiency, so it being compact is only a pro. If you can’t tell, I’m pretty much in love with the ASUS Transformer . It’s almost like the more I use it, the more I feel as though they designed it personally for me and my crazy, hectic, chaotic, BUT pink and fabulous life. Good job, ASUS. I think you guys are definitely on to something.
Oh yeah, it takes a pretty good selfie too!
