Color blocking has been a huge trend this spring and summer and I bet there are going to be some very chic ladies rocking it in the fall.
However, it can be kind of tricky to decide which colors look best with other colors and which pieces flatter each other.

This weekend I went to Dave and Buster’s for my mommy’s birthday and I wore a color blocked tank with matching heels…easy peasy!
(FYI I’m a total beast on the shooting games!)

Here are some ideas for you to ease into the color blocking business:
No matter how matter how your color block–styling it yourself or using pieces already color blocked keep these three things in mind:
1. Keep it simple.
2. Use solid pieces only.
3. Use colors that complement each other.

Ooh I love that third combo, The skirt is fierce! I love color blocking. I wish I were adventurous enough to try it more often but I lean towards patterns too often!!
