Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015! My 2015 Tay-Do List

Taylor-Brione-Ballard-Travel-Blogger2014 was a tough year for me. I have started this blog post over and over. Writing things and then erasing them. I started this post on the 31st and I’m finally getting around to hitting publish. I don’t know what to think of the past year, I know I had some very good times like going to Jamaica, Vegas, and graduation, but a lot of the negative such as getting diagnosed with depression, being unemployed and just an overall dark year. I’m finally a little better after deciding to make a conscious choice to be more positive, going back to church, and counseling. I’m by no means “cured” from my depression but I’m handling it better.

Since 2014 was a dark year for me I pretty much abandoned my to-do list. I did get a few things done:

  1. Become a certified group fitness instructor
  2. Get my concealed handgun license
  3. Skydive (this is third to-do list that this has been on—third times the charm right?) I went indoor sky diving and I was just as terrified as if I was jumping out the sky. I’m done with trying to do this.
  4. Complete a half marathon
  5. Visit 4 new states Ohio, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Nevada
  6. Go on a road trip
  7. Travel internationally Jamaica for Spring Break 2014 was EVERYTHING!
  8. Pay off all credit card debt
  9. Write everyday on the blog (OMG…this is gonna be so  hard for me)
  10. Start journaling
  11. Buy Louboutins
  12. GRADUATE College!  Yes, #PrettyPinkGrad
  13. Work with big brands   So proud of some of my collaborations
  14. Do the 52 week Saving Challenge
  15. Get a new camera and learn more about photography and photoshop. Yep got  a pink Nikon J1!
  16. Learn how to play golf

For 2015

1. TRAVEL….internationally and domestically wherever I can.

2. Save money and build more credit. For real. For real.

3. Take  Pretty Pink Living and Sparkle Posh Pup to bigger level.

4. Get my concealed handgun license.

6. Speak more in public.

7. Build my YouTube Channel!

8. Exercise more. Typical New Year’s Resolutions right?

9. Get on TV more.

10. Build my event planning business–Taylor Made Events.

What are your plans for 2015?
