I Want to Attend The Blog Workshop!

Blog Workshop

I want The Blog Workshop Scholarship!

I just finished my first semester of junior year and it was by far my toughest semester ever. I’m what you call a busy body…I’m always doing something. I have a day job, an on campus job, I do contract and freelance event planning, I’m in several clubs and organizations, active in my church and community, and of course my little corner of the internet…this lovely little blog.

I started this blog as a creative outlet. I wanted a place where I could write, share pictures of outfits and events, as well as meet other people. My blog has been all of that and more! My first year of blogging is coming up on January 9. I’m so excited about it! But I’m scared too! Everything, that I’ve learned about blogging has been through trial and error and from advice and guidance from other bloggers that I’ve met along the way. Although,  I’m forever grateful to these other bloggers (and Google) there is so much more for me to learn!

After, almost a year of blogging I have so many dreams and ideas for my blog. I really want to work on my personal branding for my site as well as for my event planning business. I want to learn how to use my blog to make (more) money, how to work with brands (both fashion and event related), how to understand and capitalize on my affiliate relationships, and really grasp the concept of what professional blogging is. After looking around the website, I know The Blog Workshop would be very beneficial in helping me to achieve my goals in blogging and business!  I love how the conference is online at nights so that I can still go to work during the day and save money on travel and accommodations.

If you are interested in attending this online innovative blogger conference, visit their website!

What are your goals for your blog in 2013? Will you be attending any conferences?
