So yesterday, I was cleaning up my apartment when my phone rang. It was from a California number. I’ve been getting phone calls from a bill collector in California, so I answered very rudely. It turns out it was the Director of Marketing from Mattel! I was selected to join the 2012 Barbie Collector Advisory Panel! I’m so excited! Members of the panel will participate in surveys and idea sharing about Barbie collecting throughout the year. We will have a CAP Orientation Day located at the Mattel headquarters. Mattel is paying for everything! 

I am so beyond excited to be going to California and even more excited to be flying for the first time. Expect lots of post about CAP and even more pictures!
