Ioma Skincare Launch Party!

091
One of my favorite things about being a blogger is this access to cool things like this!

Two weeks ago, I was invited to the Ioma Paris launch party at Saks inside of  the Houston Galleria. I wasn’t really sure what it was, so naturally I headed to Google, to find out that it is a skincare line that uses technology to assess your skin and then match you to products that can with your issues. There are seven different lines that are available, each of them for different skin types and issues. When you come to a Saks Party you know you are in for a treat!

And delicious appetizers from the 5115 restaurant inside the store.

So after I had 5 eggrolls and 3 quesadillas, I finally ventured over to learn about Ioma.

There are two systems that that Ioma has developed, the first is the Ioma Beauty Diag (left) and the second is Ioma Sphere (right).

I used the Iomasphere, you put your face in one side and pictures diagnosing you skin problems come up. Don’t judge my pictures! lol

Based on your diagnosis, you will be matched to the products that will work for you.

I’ll admit…I don’t take very good care of my skin. I don’t use a face wash or cream…just hot water and prayer. Lol I get compliments on how clear my skins and people are always jelly that I don’t have to wear makeup to cover up blemishes. My skincare regimen (or lack thereof) has lasted forever (I mean I got through puberty with no acne at all!), but lately I’ve been getting random breakouts (hence, the clogged pores diagnosis above) and it’s really upsetting me. So I’m definitely going to see how these Ioma products work for me.

Check out my Facebook Album for more pictures from the event.

Thanks for stopping by!
