In an effort to stay as fine as I am, I decided that I need to work out! Lol Especially after that picture of being bloated…I just can not. So I have been attending some group fitness classes at the Campus Recreation Center at UH. Monday, I took Body Sculpting which was totally hardcore, but really worth it. Yesterday, I took Zumba for the first time, and I must say that I was not super pleased. I have heard nothing but good things from those who take Zumba, but I just wasn’t feeling it. The teacher went right into the moves and I had no idea what to do. I’m a dancer, so I generally catch on quickly. I did catch on, but I don’t like not knowing the choreography. But I think that’s just the set up of the class, I did see some people, free styling when they couldn’t do the moves, so I did as well. I definitely see how this could be a good workout, as my body is definitely sore this morning. I’m not writing Zumba off though, I will be attending again this Thursday, because I like to dance, and its a good workout. I think for my first time its was a little different for my taste, but I will definitely be back. I’m determined to learn some of those tricky moves, then I’ll be the star of the class.
