Travelin’ Taylor

About a month ago I made a pledge that I would travel to all 50 states by the time I’m 27. I’m not really sure as to why I chose 27, I guess because its both far away and close at the same time. (I’ll be 20  in June.) I’m really excited about this plan, because I’m embarking on a new journey to create a better Taylor, so hopefully, while traveling I learn more about myself while also learning about the area. So far, I have been to three states!
1. Arkansas. This was a while back. Like middle school days circa 2004. We went to visit the Bill Clinton library. I love Bill Clinton and I loved Arkansas, it was great!
Wow! I was so skinny!

My Nana and I in the Bill Clinton Restaurant, 42.
2. Mississippi. I went here a while ago too. We went to visit my twin sisters Godparents and see the house they had built. It was cool to be in another state but it was super spectacular.
3. California. The best yet. Coming to California was the trip of a lifetime. Going with the Barbie Collectors Advisory Panel was the bee’s knees. I love California and I have to make a trip back soon!
I have some trips on the horizon to visit new states as well! I’ll be going to New Orleans, Louisiana this July for a NACE conference and next January I’ll be headed to the ATL for Non-Profit Leadership conference…hopefully I’ll meet a housewife or two.
On the shuttle headed to LAX.

Creating Glamisha for Project Dollway.

For some reason seeing this made my day!
Thanks for reading! Love ya!
